Facade is framed in wood, painted red, and fitted with non-functioning aluminum door; Plexiglass simulated windows. The giant V-shaped awning is also wood framed and secured to the wall, with bright aluminum sheeting for the ceiling, supported by a tri-post steel tower. The tower is secured to the floor within a brick and concrete island. Attached to the leading edge of the awning’s frame are a half dozen Packard hubcaps, which are included. The tower has three vintage wide whitewall tires attached to it, each with a colorful plastic Packard sales and parts signs, and these are also included. Along the front of the facade is a collection of fan belts, many in original packaging, and these are also included as is an original Milton Driveway Signal Bell and a double-sided enamel “No Smoking” sign. Gas pumps and other equipment seen in some photos are being offered in separate lots. Facade is 12’ W x 9’ H; Awning measure 12” wide at the base and is 25’ long, the support tower measures 26” x 26” x 26” at the base and is approximately 18’ high.
