Whizzer’s roots go back to before WWII. In 1948, they began manufacturing and selling complete bikes as well as kits. In the mid-1960s, they went out of business probably due to competition from Japanese manufacturers. In 1997, partially due to the revival of interest in classic motorcycles, a reproduction was brought back. This unit is a 1999 model. It strongly resembles the late '40s units. Appears new.
