Honda only sold the VT series Ascots in the U.S. in 1983 and 1984. A compact V-Twin, the Ascot was fitted to celebrate the racers that once stormed the famed Ascot track in Southern California. Its small tank and hint at a number plate on the side make this illusion complete. Honda used their proven Comstar wheels and a two into one chrome exhaust system. The VT series engines were a very successful design for Honda and was used in other models. The shaft drive ensured drivetrain reliability in the long run. This example is in very nice original condition. One turn signal needs attention. 16,635 miles indicated.
