This is reportedly an exceedingly rare and early example of a pressed steel toy. First issued in 1909, this example has been given an amateur restoration. It has been painted brown over rather rusty metal with advanced stages of corrosion. The stamped steel wheels have been painted gold, as has the radiator grille and an accent stripe over the hood similar to its original configuration. It retains both original guns which have been detailed in red. The flywheel action has evidently frozen up. A rare item and one of the first products produced by this company. 10.5" L x 4.5" W x 6.5" H.
